Dissapointed...

I have really been trying to improve my photography skills. I love the 12 weeks course online, here are some shots I took from the weekend. All though not the best. I kinda like them. I have also included some other pics that I have that are in my "favorites". I plan to not only post new pics, but pics from the past that I have just edited, my editing needs a lot of work as well, so this is also something that I need to improve on.

I couldn't decide on just one for today, so here is two! This is my beautiful sister.

Slacker

Well yes, I am a slacker. Ha ha. I have taken many pics over the weekend, but our computer monitor blew up in the storm. So, although I can update from my lap-top, I cannot edit from it. So the photos will have to wait till then. I did start getting some pics taken of my little sister for her party, and I cannot wait to upload them.
On another note, I am so over this horrible summer we are having. I wish that it would just be nice out and not 97 degrees and humid. It wreaks havoc on my asthma and allergies. I am also following my diet very well, and I am down 11 pounds in about 2 weeks. I plan to add some exercise to the mix this week. I am trying to figure out what exercises to do which days, hopefully I will stick to it. The more wait I can lose, the better chances we have at bringing home a baby! That's what keeps me going!

I try to be a very organized person, my scrapbook and bow making stuff is very well organized. However, I need to invest in a personal planner binder. I just have yet to really find one that I want. I'm looking for something like this....

I can definitely say that my husband would kill me if I spent 100 dollars on a organizer. Which is what this one costs. All well, better keep looking!

Working on the photography hobby...

So I have recently lost touch with my favorite hobby, Photography... And I have been meaning to get back into it. Thankfully I found a great photography group on a site that I visit daily. The ladies are amazing, and their photos even more so! I am so motivated to get my but into gear and enjoy the nice weather while getting some great photos.The next purchase that I plan to make for the camera is some sort of flash. I'm hoping to find something not to expensive that I would be able to use with the umbrella lights i have as well. We will see what my Bumpie friends say.

 I also plan to have my little sisters birthday party at my house this year, and I want to get some cute pictures of her in the TUTU I made her to put on the tables. I am so excited to plan this party for her, she is growing up so fast! The theme is going to be polka dots and bright neonish colors! Could it get any more fun then that!!!

I plan to start taking a photo a day as I mentioned in my last post. Its part of the 365 challenge! Here's a link to check out what I am talking about. 365 Challenge. This picture was not taken today, but its a start!

This is my precious little Bella, This was taken with just my old point and shoot earlier in the year. I plan to use this as a starting point because 1) I thought that I was good (lol) and 2) because it is a pretty accurate starting point of what I want to advance and improve on.

Well, Here I am trying to do the blog thing again. I have tried this in the past, and although it wasn't a total fail. I hardly updated it as much as I should have. My goals for this blog are actually many things. I plan to post photos for the 365 challenge that I want to do, post updates on my life or other interesting topics, and also for my hair bow business. Which is also lacking inventory, lol. Its been a crazy year, and here's to hoping that it gets better! Thanks for reading!
